Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned territory by expanding existing accounts and capturing new business. This role uses deep product expertise, competitive positioning, and customer insights to influence buying decisions, deliver high‑impact training, identify and convert growth opportunities, and consistently elevate Mevotech’s market presence through disciplined, strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive territory sales growth by developing a strong understanding of market conditions, competitive landscape, and territory objectives within British Columbia (BC).
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities while managing, retaining, and expanding long‑term relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Act as a business development and account management lead, identifying opportunities to grow market share.
