- Perform Initial troubleshooting of test-related issues on-site.
- Act as a communication bridge between corporate, Test responsible and Manufacturing
- Provide detailed input (text/photos/videos) during issue root cause analysis.
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with corporate test engineers.
- Identify and raise preventive concerns related to test stations - Monitor and raise software obsolescence issues.
- Highlight station duplication requests for spares and sustaining to the process-Manager, Process Test-Manager.
- Support new SW/CFG file testing on-site if corporate Test Engineers are unavailable.
- Assist with asset transfers, non-conformance reports, and shipping logistics of supporting parts and test stations. New Test Station Support Responsibilities
