Test Lead (Earnix Ratings)

Overview

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week—subject to change at any time. The role is a senior QA/Test Lead position focused on Earnix Rating & Pricing within P&C insurance, supporting complex rating modernization and migration programs (including Guidewire → Earnix).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and testing for Earnix Rating & Pricing initiatives across P&C insurance
• Define and own test strategy, approach, and execution for complex programs
• Validate rating algorithms, pricing models, and business rules in Earnix
• Lead functional, integration, regression testing, and support UAT
• Perform data migration testing, including source-to-target reconciliation and data quality checks
• Validate end-to-end rating flows (quote → bind) between Earnix, Guidewire, and downstream systems
