Test Lead (Earnix Ratings)

Overview

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week—subject to change at any time. The role is a senior QA/Test Lead position focused on Earnix Rating & Pricing within P&C insurance, supporting complex rating modernization and migration programs (including Guidewire → Earnix).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA and testing for Earnix Rating & Pricing initiatives across P&C insurance

Define and own test strategy, approach, and execution for complex programs

Validate rating algorithms, pricing models, and business rules in Earnix

Lead functional, integration, regression testing, and support UAT

Perform data migration testing, including source-to-target reconciliation and data quality checks

Validate end-to-end rating flows (quote → bind) between Earnix, Guidewire, and downstream systems
