Responsibilities
- Prepare samples for testing, including cutting samples on band saw and other various hand tools.
- Set up tests, including test fixtures, controls, and data acquisition.
- Create test procedures and work instructions.
- Perform various tests using in‑house facilities.
- Coordinate testing with external test labs as needed.
- Manage multiple tests concurrently.
- Interface with plant quality and engineering team members.
- Document test results using Microsoft Office applications and the TIR system.
- Adhere to all Inteva safety requirements.
- Coordinate the shipment of equipment for external calibration and review calibration reports.
- Coordinate and supervise calibration service providers during their activities within the laboratory.
