Location: Burlington, Ontario (in‑office position)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: $17.60 (minimum wage)

Responsibilities

• Perform basic SMT and through‑hole hand component soldering
• Read PCB assembly drawings, ECOs, and assembly instructions
• Utilize electrical and manual tools such as soldering irons, desoldering equipment, and solder removal tools
• Understand PCB assembly processes and the installation sequence of through‑hole components

Qualifications

• Fine‑pitch soldering experience using a microscope
• Ability to solder or remove multiple components on a circuit board
• Excellent speed and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Bills of Materials
• Hamlet to use a microscope for extended periods
