The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Supervisor at our Adelaide location!

Responsibilities

Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service

Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis

Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team

Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)

Reconcile cash deposits

Place orders and perform inventory counts

Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team

Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do

Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences

Food Handler Certified or willing to certify

Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

Works well in a team setting but ...
