A comprehensive multi-services organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join one of their growing facilities in the Bronx.

About the Opportunity:

• Setting:Article 16 Clinic
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours:9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
• Patient Population: Adults (Ages 18+)
• EMR: PrecisionCare

Responsibilities:

• Reviewdoctor referrals and medical records to determine PT treatment; referto specialty clinics as needed (adaptive equipment, shoe and splint)
• Evaluateand assessthe needs and level of functioning in the areas of: sensorimotor, gross & fine motor skills, musculoskeletal status, CNS status, ambulation and adaptive equipment needs (e.g. walker, canes, AFOs).
