J.D. Barnes Limited is currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Title Searcher for our Markham location.

This position is responsible for conducting survey records and Land Registry Office searches, set up and break down of survey project files, set up and maintenance of survey record files and making copies and preparing registry office packaging.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive online searching using various tools, sites, resources, and software
• Searching in house records and compiling all search information into the field file
