Responsibilities

• Deliver industry‑leading fitting advice, product knowledge, and customer service to enhance golfers’ performance and increase loyalty to the Titleist brand.
• Conduct fitting and trial events during the golf season, primarily from Wednesday to Sunday.
• Oversee events that vary from five to eight hours long and include Club and Ball Fitting Days, Trial/Demo Days, Tournaments, and similar events.
• Perform event logistics such as planning event schedules, making pre‑ and post‑event calls to customers, entering information into online databases, and sharing recommended equipment specifications with consumers.
