Become a vital part of TMGVC as a part-time Payroll Specialist, averaging 3 to 4 days each week. This role emphasizes payroll processing along with the implementation of improvements in practices.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing for an hourly payroll system while assisting employees with their payroll concerns. Your motivation for effective accounting practices and process enhancements will facilitate a smoother payroll operation. You will also engage in year-end reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely hour-based payroll processing
• Resolve employee payroll queries effectively
• Initiate and support automation of payroll tasks
• Conduct year-end reconciliations accurately
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse team
Requirements:
• A Canadian PCP designation is highly preferred
• At least 3 years of payroll administration for hourly roles
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
