**Job Summary**:The Tool Crib Master Data and Planning Lead is responsible for standardizing parts data, setting up new tool crib operations, and optimizing inventory management across all sites.This role ensures consistency in part numbers, descriptions, and specifications, regardless of language or location.Additionally, the Lead deploys best-in-class inventory management methodologies, aligning parts ordering with planned preventive maintenance rather than solely historical consumption and safety stock.The objective is to reduce on-hand inventory costs while increasing parts availability and eliminating stockouts.Collaborating closely with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other functional areas, the Lead drives ERP (EAM) system enhancements and adoption, ensuring critical data accuracy and availability for effective asset management and maintenance planning.
