Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + 13.5% Shift Allowance (Up to £36,320)

Working Hours: Double Days (Rotating Shift Pattern)

We are looking for a Toolroom Support Operative to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an engineering background or qualification who is keen to develop practical skills in tooling, machining, and maintenance. Working alongside experienced Toolmakers, you will play a key role in ensuring production tooling is maintained, prepared, and ready for use.
This role offers a clear progression pathway into a fully skilled Toolroom/Die Maintenance Technician.
