The Manager, Data Science role sits within the Data & Analytics function of the Technology Innovation & Data department, supporting commercial initiatives that enhance revenue growth and guest experiences worldwide. What Will You Do? As a Manager, Data Science at Four Seasons, you will lead applied data science efforts by translating business goals into hypotheses and designing prototypes for commercial strategies. You will define and execute measurement plans including A/B tests and holdouts to quantify impact on revenue and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will develop and productionize machine learning models while supporting generative AI solutions using LLMs and responsible AI practices.
