Description

Assist the Supervisor in conducting internal Trade Compliance audits and assessments. Prepare audit reports and summaries, and respond to requests from local authorities when required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tag fixed assets in accordance with company and customs requirements.
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in Annex 24 .
  • Conduct periodic physical inventories of fixed assets.
  • Recommend appropriate disposal methods for fixed assets (e.g., scrap, sale, donation) in compliance with Trade Compliance regulations.
  • Perform analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
  • Participate in and support internal, external, and government audits related to fixed assets.
  • Review fixed assets and related information (brand, model, serial number, location).
  • Prepare reports and perform data analysis to reconcile and close monthly pedimentos .
