Company: Nestlé Vietnam Position Summary Represent branch requirements throughout the business planning process, ensuring sales plans reflect channel and regional needs, and support the Branch Manager in driving sales planning actions that deliver category and brand objectives. MAIN DUTIES Lead branch level sales planning by region, including target setting, sales delivery, and sales support planning.
Drive category and channel activity planning across regions; cascade plans to sales teams and ensure strong execution.
Manage demand forecasting and sales performance reviews (monthly/quarterly), including bottom up forecasts and follow up actions.
Monitor execution quality across channels and regions; track performance and drive corrective actions to improve results.
Coordinate allocation and effective use of resources (stocks, POP materials, displays) across categories and channels.
