Tradesperson

Overview
We are seeking a resourceful, results-oriented Tradesperson to join our team and support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained, while adapting to changing priorities across multiple sites.

This role requires a hands-on, creative problem solver who will bring a strong sense of ownership to their work and be equipped with their own tools and truck to operate effectively in a multi-site environment.

In this role, you will:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple sites
• Handle minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work
• Respond to maintenance requests and urgent issues in a timely manner
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep building systems running smoothly
