Trainee Carbon Laminator

A leading automotive component manufacturer in Witham is growing their team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to train as Carbon Laminators. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive environment, producing parts for top-tier motorsport clients.

This role is paying £12.71ph, working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is also available.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting in the production of high-performance vehicle components

Preparing patterns and laying up carbon fibre materials

Verifying and handling material kits

Applying sealants and release agents

Hand-laying pre-preg carbon fibre to specification
