Expected Compensation

Hourly rate $23 with a 35‑hour work week, with increase upon licensing and promotion to Insurance Advisor. Licensing typically achieved within 3 months from hire, subject to individual performance. Westland covers licensing costs.

About the Role

As a Trainee - Insurance Advisor, you will develop your career in insurance by learning to promote and educate clients on insurance products. You’ll practice anticipating and interpreting client needs and completing various insurance transactions. You’ll be at the frontline, answering client questions, communicating product benefits tailored to client needs, and participating in hands‑on team activities to convert client concerns into opportunities.
