 (Prerequisite: Seed Sower Training completion and referral by leadership.)
 
 Help equip leaders to successfully facilitate a Seed Sower Training wherever and whenever God leads. This team will engage, equip, andmobilize womento disciple others with the power of the Gospel.
 Attendees of this training will:
 
 Gain an understanding of Interactive Adult Learning
 Learn basic facilitation skills
 Practice facilitation with peers
 Receive coaching to improve their skills
 Receive on-site coaching during their first Seed Sower facilitation
