Description
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an Intermediate Training and Engagement Consultant to join their team for 6 months of contract with possibility of extension. This role is to support launch of a new enterprise-wide platform for the entire bank this summer - Microsoft Viva Engage. The role is 2 days in office in Downtown, Toronto.
Job responsibilities:
Event Coordination & EngagementAssist in planning, organizing, and executing training events, roadshows, and AMA sessions to promote Microsoft Viva Engage. Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly. Gather and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements. Monitor engagement metrics and report on the success of training sessions.
