In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding, training, and engagement for new hires across Bimbo Canada's locations. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to manage training requirements and address skill gaps while promoting adherence to safety standards. Engage in continuous improvement by refining training practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure effective training
• Collaborate on safety practices with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage training matrices and logs
• Support engagement initiatives to retain associates
• Streamline programs for better associate impact
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• Experience in unionized food production environments
