Training Coordinator

We are seeking a Training Coordinator with experience in a manufacturing environment. To develop, deliver and maintain training and development activities in line with the HFUK Learning and Development strategy. Support HFUK sites to ensure colleagues are trained against all safety, legal and customer requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities will be developed and finalised over time and will include but will not be restricted to:

• Maintaining systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall training delivery.
• Delivery of key bespoke on-site courses and training.
• Developing and maintaining accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring training attendance, ensuring that colleagues required to attend specific training events are easily identified and followed up.
