Description
Enhance training programs as the Training Lead for Customer Relations at Honda Canada, based in Markham, Ontario. This hybrid position focuses on developing new hires and ongoing associate training.
In this full-time role, you will create impactful training materials and guide new associates through their onboarding process, ensuring they are fully prepared for their roles. You will also facilitate continuous skills training to adapt to new systems and processes. Your experience in case management will support tiered queues when not conducting training sessions.
