Job Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class transaction execution and documentation negotiation management for credit facilities and ancillary documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment across the transaction lifecycle.
 Review and support bankers in negotiating legal documentation across a range of credit products, providing clear guidance and timely escalation where appropriate.
 Draw on subject-matter expertise to propose practical solutions, engaging the appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and/or Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, promptly to drive resolution.
Manage the execution controls framework, including reporting and escalation, and prepare and coordinate documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations in line with internal policies.
