Transition Specialist

Aligned Capital Partners is a fast-growing investment dealer with a dynamic team looking to expand our business. We are currently hiring for a full time Transition Specialist to join our Client Experience team in Burlington, Ontario .

In this role, the successful candidate will provide support to our transitioning advisors by helping them navigate the onboarding process via training, regular calls, and practice management. They will act as a senior resource to their advisors and as the conduit between advisor and head office. Their focus is to know business practices of their advisors and work with them to successfully transition their business to Aligned Capital Partners, Inc. A good understanding of the industry coupled with soft skills to work calmly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks for multiple advisors.
