The Gimli International Film Festival (GIFF) is celebrating its 26th anniversary, marking a legacy of bringing people together on the shores of Lake Winnipeg to experience film, storytelling, and community. As Manitoba’s premier film festival, GIFF showcases bold and diverse cinema while creating a vibrant cultural gathering rooted in connection, creativity, and place.
We are currently seeking new members to join our volunteer Board of Directors, with a particular need for a Treasurer.
About the Role GIFF is governed by a non‑working Board, focused on strategic planning, oversight, and long‑term sustainability. Board members help guide the organization’s future, strengthen community connections, and support the continued growth of the festival.
Commitment Monthly meetings (8‑10 months of the year), plus occasional committee participation. A board term is three years ...
