Duties Description As a Treatment Team Leader Children and Youth, you would have program and administrative responsibility for the treatment activities of an interdisciplinary treatment team and direct and coordinate a total program tailored to the individual needs of clients. You would be responsible for assigning team resources to accomplish goals and evaluating team programs; supervising the maintenance of medical and other records and files pertinent to the treatment and care of patients, and supervise the development of data from records and files for various evaluations or studies; participating in planning and program development committees to determine and influence treatment and therapeutic programs, and serving on committees such as placement, utilization review, medical records review and others, as required; and preparing periodic performance evaluations of subordinates.
