Senior Application Management Engineer

As a Senior Application Management Engineer at EY, you will have the opportunity to improve and adapt a service to fit a specific customer, market, or need. 

You will adapt and integrate existing software and troubleshooting issues to create user-friendly tools.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding complex services and infrastructure mapping allowing better issue identification and resolution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Coordinate and handle deployments in all environments.

Manage cross-organizational escalations, alerts, incident reporting, and service improvement strategies

Assist applying patches and fixing vulnerability issues found on applications

Participate in performance improvements efforts

Creation of monitoring and preemptive alerting for all critical parts of an application
