TX - NP shifts in Fort Worth - June 18 and July 6-8

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for June 18 and July 6, 7, & 8 at their Corporate Health clinic in Ft. Worth, TX. Provider will see ages 3+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and some Occupational health. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment. DOT certification is preferred.
