Underwriting Analyst

Peakhill Capital is a commercial real estate capital provider with mortgage investments across all real estate asset classes in Canada. Our equity platform (Peakhill Equity Partners) is an opportunistic equity platform focused on investments in ground-up and value-add projects in Canada and the United States.

We are seeking a self-motivated Assumption Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team on the debt side in Toronto, Montreal or Calgary. This role will be responsible for assessing assumptions and conducting due diligence on commercial mortgage transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assess the materiality level for all Assumptions/Replacement of Covenants requests and provides accurate recommendation to our credit committee and CMHC.
