Unit 24 GIM is an acute care inpatient unit with a focus on patients admitted under General Internal Medicine. Unit 24 is a fast-paced environment where you will build confidence and experience working on a busy general internal medical unit. You will work cohesively with team members, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient & family-centered care, and proactive discharge planning. You are a highly organized and diligent individual with excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
