Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to counselling staff, supporting professional growth, ethical practice, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee counselling programs, including intake, caseload management, scheduling, and service coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and funder requirements.
  • Lead the development and expansion of counselling services, including new therapeutic groups, service models, and program initiatives to meet emerging community needs.
  • Identify and support funding opportunities, including grant development, reporting, and exploring revenue-generating initiatives such as partnerships, contracts, and fee‑for‑service programming.
