Key responsibilities include preparing documents for member meetings, maintaining customer relationships, handling walk‑in member transactions, and supporting branch operations.

• Proactively gather and document all pertinent information required for the Financial Advisor to have a robust conversation.
• Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, looking for opportunities to improve members’ financial fitness.
