As an Apatisiwin Employment Counsellor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Apatisiwin program. This position requires strong skills in critical thinking, relationship-building, and accountability. Your work will involve assessing users’ needs and developing action plans tailored to overcome employment barriers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct career preparation and guidance workshops
• Build partnerships with local educational institutions
