URGENT: Sitter

We are looking for a caring and reliable childcare provider for our 16-month-old toddler. We are open to either a live-in nanny/caretaker or someone who can provide childcare in their own home, which is preferred. The right person will be nurturing, patient, and experienced with toddlers, creating a safe and loving environment for our child.
The primary responsibility will be providing attentive, age-appropriate care while we are at work. This includes engaging in play, reading, and other developmental activities, preparing and serving meals and snacks, diapering, and assisting with naps.
The position offers competitive compensation based on experience and the arrangement, and live-in accommodations can be discussed if applicable
