We are hiring Human Resource Executive (US Immigration & Contracts)
Experience : 8 +Years
Location: DSL abacus IT park Uppal, Hyderabad.
Work mode: On-site
Shift timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Roles & Responsibilities:·
- Handling the MSA‘s (Master Service Agreement) and PO‘s (Purchase Order) and extensive knowledge in reviewing the Clauses/Terms and Conditions in Agreements.
- Maintain Legal documents of sub-contractors and Consultants·
- Negotiate agreements via direct client/vendor discussions.
- Responsible for paperwork (on-boarding process) for Consultants, who gets selected at the client place. Employee’s onboarding Documents. LCA filing along with the maintenance of PAF and LCA Posting notices.
