Our Toronto office seeks an experienced US Immigration Lawyer with excellent communication skills who collaborates and supports clients in the evolving landscape of Canadian business immigration.

Responsibilities

• Develop an expert-level understanding of client base, industries supported, and firm’s practice areas.
• Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non‑immigrant and immigrant visa status.
• Prepare and submit petitions and applications for non‑immigrant and immigrant foreign national employees.
• Draft letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents.
• Conduct research to support client requests and projects.
• Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record‑keeping and document preparation.
• Communicate proactively with clients, within SLAs/team protocols, providing a precise and organized response.
