US Payroll & Sales Tax Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Process US Payroll accurately and within deadlines.
* Handle payroll taxes, deductions, reconciliations, and reports.
* Prepare and review US Sales Tax returns for multiple states.
* Ensure compliance with US payroll and sales tax regulations including Form W2, Form W3, 401 (K), Form 940 and Form 941
* Communicate with US clients professionally through email and meetings.
* Work on Excel and accounting/payroll software efficiently.
* Meet turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy targets consistently.
* Manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.

 

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in US Payroll and/or Sales Tax.
* Good understanding of US payroll and sales tax processes.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong Excel and analytical skills.
* Ability to work night shifts.
* Prior KPO/BPO/outsourcing experience preferred.
