Senior Associate – US State and Local Tax (SALT)

As a Senior Associate in our US State and Local Tax (SALT) practice, you will provide consulting and advisory services to clients on a range of US state and local tax matters including planning, compliance, and strategy. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and participate in engagements that help businesses optimize their tax positions and navigate complex business issues.

Responsibilities

• Support state tax advisory engagements such as nexus analyses, voluntary disclosures, and sales tax analysis across multiple industries, delivering well‑supported recommendations.
• Support US SALT due diligence on potential acquisitions and transaction‑related projects such as restructuring.
• Proactively manage day‑to‑day workstreams for multiple engagements, communicating status, risks, and next steps to managers and senior staff.
