Your new role
You’ll design intuitive, accessible journeys across CMS‑driven websites, working closely with Product, Content, Research and Engineering teams. You’ll own designs end‑to‑end — from insight and prototyping to stakeholder sign‑off — ensuring high‑quality UI and consistency across multiple markets.
What you’ll need to succeedStrong experience designing for CMS websites (AEM ideal) Expert Figma and design system skills Solid knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design Ability to support and run usability research Experience with multilingual sites Background in asset management / financial services is highly desirable What you’ll get in return
