We are hiring our first Quantitative UX Researcher to build a rigorous, evidence‑based understanding of the patient journey. This role will partner closely with UX, Product, and Operations to define meaningful metrics, model lifecycle patterns, and evaluate design and workflow decisions through defensible quantitative methods.
