Role summary:

We’re hiring a Local Community Activation Lead to help grow the lively, active community on Neya, Oxfordshire’s local connection app.

This role is for someone full of energy for this mission who wants to do something practical to build stronger communities across Oxfordshire.

You’ll be out in the community, helping Neya come alive in Oxford, Didcot, Wantage and Henley. You’ll recruit local champions, start groups, support meetups, bring organisations onboard, run street-level campaigns, and help turn online activity into real-world connection.

You’ll be part community organiser, part local ambassador, part growth operator. You’ll work closely with the Neya founding team, with real responsibility, pace and support.
