About the Role

Specialised physiotherapist role for the Men's First Team, based in Cleethorpes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as lead physiotherapist for all First Team training sessions and matches, ensuring appropriate emergency first aid provision at training and both home and away fixtures.
• Provide evidence‑based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes for First Team players.
• Develop and enhance the injury treatment and management programme, ensuring approaches remain aligned with the latest research and best practice.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with legislation, policies, and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy standards.
• Implement and monitor a treatment and injury management strategy in collaboration with the First Team coaching staff, Head of Performance and Sports Science team.
