Guide clients through the sales cycle with expertise and enthusiasm, ensuring seamless and memorable vacation planning across phone and email channels. Manage bookings with accuracy, process payments and itinerary changes, identify upselling opportunities, and consistently deliver high-quality interactions that drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
