Value Creation Specialist (Bogotá)

Job Summary

Plutus21 Partners is looking for a Value Creation Specialist to work directly with the Partners, managing day-to-day priorities that keep their time focused on high-value decisions while also leading internal initiatives and client engagements. The adecuado candidate is equally comfortable organizing a Partner's week and preparing a client-facing summary the following day, able to context-switch quickly, operate with minimal supervision, and exercise sound judgment on when to act independently and when to elevate.

Key Responsibilities

• Track open action items, follow-ups, and commitments across meetings and communications to ensure nothing is missed or delayed
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and background materials to ensure full alignment ahead of engagements
