This role is part of the DBS function.
The role is responsible for support the VRO Lead in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) at BAT.
This role will assist in implementing strategic objectives, analyzing project performance metrics, and identifying areas for process optimization.
