Value Stream Manager

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead end-to-end production operations, overseeing Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance functions.
+ Ensure on-time delivery of products and services through effective production planning and execution.
+ Drive continuous flow across the production floor while meeting established takt times.
+ Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and operational procedures.
+ Maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities in optimal operating condition.
+ Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
+ Monitor, analyze, and report key operational performance metrics.
+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
+ Develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams.
