Vancouver Cardiologist in Women’s Heart Care

Elevate women's heart health at Vancouver General Hospital as a Clinical Cardiologist. This full-time position includes academic roles with UBC, teaching, and clinical responsibilities.
Candidates will support the Leslie Diamond Women’s Heart Health Centre while providing general cardiology services at Vancouver General Hospital and St. Paul’s Hospital. Engagement in teaching and research is critical in this role, aimed at enhancing UBC's cardiology programs. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is a commitment to mentoring medical students at various academic levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care within the Women’s Heart Health Centre
• Mentor and supervise medical trainees
• Champion UBC research and teaching initiatives
• Contribute significantly to the division’s academic plan
Requirements:
• Mandatory ACLS certification
• Current full CPSBC license
