The role supports leadership, champions our culture, and ensures all employees feel empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Champion Vantage Hotels’ purpose, vision, mission and core values across all properties.
• Design and implement culture & engagement initiatives (team events, recognition, town‑halls, 1:1s).
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment for all departments, ensuring a culture fit.
• Develop immersive onboarding experiences and manage benefits administration.
